Is Gasoline Considered An Acid Or Base?

Acids or bases are measured in units of pH.  Gasoline is not a water based liquid nor is it water soluble.  It has no free Hydrogen atoms, so it's neither.

I think gasoline is considered an acid because it could burn your skin, but it also has a smooth bass to the gasoline
