As of September of 2008, they estimated the world's population was just over 6.721 billion. Talk about a lot of human life on one planet, huh? :P That's how many there is, though! And... In line with population projections, this figure continues to grow at rates that were unprecedented before the 20th century, although the rate of growth has almost halved since its peak of 2.2% per year, which was reached in 1963. The world's population, on its current growth trajectory, is expected to reach nearly 9 billion by the year 2042.
There are people being born and being dead every second...there are 3 babies born every second soo there is no actual answer 2 tell the truth...I can only say all the people above me are lying cause it keeps changing but at the moments right now there are just about little more den 7 billion people on earth...thats a hell of a lot of people 4 one small planet man da we kill it!!
There is around 7billion now, something needs to be done about the rising population, sitting back and waiting for something bad to happen like this overpopulation stuff isn't the way forward. Just by looking around, the amount of damage done by humans is horrific.
There is only me and everybody that lives in my head (which btw is all of you, don't deny it, I know it's is true) and there are as of now 7024112638 (7.02 billion) of you, STOP BREEDING PLEASE!!! Anyway isn't there supposed to be more termites (measured by weight) than people?!?
