Globalisation affects supply, increased supply of resources means cheaper. Cheaper labour, cheaper goods etc. This certainly affects our lifestyle. Creating a global workforce affects jobs, eg wage levels, outsourcing. Globalisation and increased trade increases emissions, which may or may not affect us all in the long run. Terrorism is another by product of globalisation, this affects us. There are so many factors to consider. What happens in Zambia affects the US, we are one planet, no longer a collection of individual states.
