Basically Inductive Consensual enquiry derives the conclusions on the basis of the limited set of observations like analogue, historical observations and multiple independent source. This method is used when the case is not too complex and the conclusions can be derived easily from the previous experiences. Examples in details are available from the given link:

This mode relies on some limited observations which are
confined to some specific analysis and has less possibilities and outcome.
After analysing the observations there might be a single conclusion regarding
an issue.This mode touches aspects
such as analogous enquiry, historical perspective and various independent
sources. Initial the researchers find out the problem to which observations are
needed and then gradually move towards the structure and characteristics in
order to promote assumptions and hypothesis which would be used for later study
to conclude from such context. Particular and precise observations are created
about an issue to which solution is required. The approach is very simple in
term of efforts in finding the solution to a problem. The more it is simple yet
there are some advantages of this mode of enquiry such as the observations to a
problem is confined only the person who does research and his perceptions are
limited to him only.  In the making of
decision the decision make does not care about other factors other than his
perceptions. Another disadvantage of inductive consensual enquiry is that the
decision maker regardless taking other justifications in account is making
decisions on his behalf that the reason some time this enquiry creates more
problems to rather to sort out the problem.
