Sounds awfully vain to me. I say that as someone with blue eyes. But I wouldn't pay $5000 for it; I'd try to be content with what I was born with. $5000 for a corrective operation, but not for cosmetic.
Do you think the strōma procedure is too pricey? It is basically a laser surgery to turn brown eyes into blue eyes (in simple, brief words) and I've always dreamt about having blue eyes but it costs 5000$, is it worth it?
I have brown eyes and I love having them. They show my Greek and Romanian heritage. I wouldn't want to change my eye color. I think brown eyes are cool even if they're the most common type.
IMO Absolutely Positively Yes and totally unnecessary for anyone.
Buy several boxes of blue, green, brown and grey contacts, easy to wear, easy to clean and about $45 per box.
Safer.
Way too expensive. People always seem to want what they can't have: I know mostly light-eyed people (green, blue, grey, etc) and I hear a lot of people talking about how they love brown eyes. I wouldn't get it if I were you, blue eyes are not inherently prettier.
You know you can buy contacts that give you blue eyes and it is a lot cheaper. Sounds less dangerous too.
And blue eyes are not all they are cracked up to be. The run a higher risk for glaucoma. They are more sensitive to sunlight. I have been told by my eye doctors since I was 10 to never go outside without sunglasses on.
Changing your diet does the same thing.
For years my eye's were brown,
now they are green.
