The streetlights, roman street classification, underground water sewerage, how to extinguish a fire with eggs, pulling on glass so it would get bigger and then also glassblowing, the extinguish pump and they made the agricultural better with knifes and wheels under need them so they could work faster on the lands.

Cement. Did  you know 100's and 100's of years ago the Romans once built a road caled the 'Appian Way' and most of it still remains today!

Socks. Both men and women socks.

Food. They had a very unusual taste. They had many weird and wonderful recipes.

Umbrellas for sun and rain. Although people are not sure if Romans copied this idea.

Street Lighting. Only towards the end of the empire

A huge variety of commercialised creams, lipsticks and cosmetics. Although I'm not sure about this one, because people say they copied from another country.
