If gravity increase there will not be a balanced force so our bones will be crushed under pressure. If gravity decreased, then we would float.

Aye, man, lemme tell you what actually will happen if our Earth's gravity goes up...
We'll all be pulled down to lie down [facing up or down that's our choice]....The Earth will start moving towards the Sun, as you can quite very well find out using Newton's law of gravitation. This will result in the sudden meltdown of the snow on the poles and the Earth getting covered wholly in water...We'll be lying underwater while all our belongings would be sticking on the ground [they don't have a choice] due to the intense gravitational pull.
But after all this has happened within minutes, or even seconds, the water will get evaporated. Soon, very soon indeed, we'll experience the intense energy produced due to fusion of Hydrogen atoms on the Sun's surface....but alas, we, or our intellect won't be there to appreciate it, since we'd have already burnt to Carbon Dioxide [we are made of Carbon (C) remember??]......
