Critical thinking and ethics are the basis of any decisions that we make on a day to day basis, in considering how major decisions effect the people we work around and the lives we lead. There is no way that we can have one set of ethics for home and another set for business, we must have a clear objective of the critical thinking for each phase of life and they must be thought out ethically and morally. A lot of the situations going on now in the economy is the process of critical thinking that is not based on wny ethical or moral issues with regard to the people affected by inconsiderate decisions. The cause and effect is so traumatic that it has caused no faith in the working class when it comes to the employers that the give there all for only to receive no loyalty in return.
