My Bottle Brush Does Not Flower It Get New Leaves And Is Growing What Can I Do To Make It Flower?

I just found it at www.wikipedia.org, but the closest reason that I found for it not blooming in the summer is because it's an October-December bloomer where it comes from, Australia.
