Most digestive enzymes are made in the pancreas, or the stomach. Pepsin which is a digestive enzyme for breaking down polypeptides (proteins) is found in gastric juice which is made in the stomach. Other enzymes like trypsin, chymotrypsin (protein enzymes), lipase (fat enzymes) and amylase (carbohydrate enzyme) are made in the pancreas, and secreted in pancreatic juice. Other enzymes like maltase which is a carbohydrate enzyme is made in the lining of the small intestine. If you need any more info just ask, since I just did a whole exam on this.
Digestive enzymes are made of enzymes that speed up the process of breaking large food molecules into smaller units that are absorbed into the cells
