Fault block mountains are made of huge tilted blocks of rocks that are seperated from surrounding rock by faults. A fault is a large crack in rocks along which there is movement. When these mountains form, one block was tilted and pushed up. The other block was pushed down. I hope that helps a little bit. Thats the best I can describe it.
