Nothing really actually. The water alcohol and vinegar I believe are all polar so they'll combine. But on the other hand I don't think adding oil would do anything. Dropping a penny in wouldn't cause a reaction either, the penny must be replaced by a metal more reactive than copper and zinc, but that metal has to be in solution.
