The best thing to do with something like this is to break it down into several sections; i.e. The cilia protect most of the air inlets into your body to prevent infection. And epithelia (epithelios) are DNA regenerating cells. So Ciliated Epithelial Cells are located close to the inlet of your body. Simple really. Use this method in many things!
