The capital of Alaska is Juneau and the largest city is Anchorage. Its capital can be accessed only through ship or air. There are no road connections leading to Juneau. Alaska is known to be a part of continental U.S. It has a total area of 663,267 sq miles i.e. 1,727,855 km2 having a length of 2,380km (1,479 miles) and a width of 1,300km (808 miles).
