Surprisingly, the eye muscle is the fastest reacting muscle in the human body. It contracts in less than 1/100th of a second.

There are six orbital muscles.  Four of them control the movement of the eye while going up and down. Two of these muscles control the eye to move while our head moves.

Hi. You are indeed right. And if we're talking about the strongest human muscles, it's definitely the calf and the chewing muscles.

Do you know how to strengthen and increase your muscles? There is a great product that you can use without a prescription injectable steroids for sale. This product is suitable for those who have been exercising for a long time but do not see the desired results. I think that those who have been professionally engaged in bodybuilding know firsthand about this product and know that it is safe and effective.
