The Four Main Type Of Plant Tissues?

Plant tissues can be categorized into two types including Meristimatic tissues and Permanent tissues. The growth of the plant cells occur because of the meristimatic tissues and these tissues are present apical, lateral, intercalary meristem. The second type of plant tissue is permanent tissue which result in cellular differentiation. Permanent tissues can be categorized as simple permanent tissues and complex permanent tissues. Simple permanent tissues are of three types including parenchyma, collenchyma and sclerenchyma. Complex permanent tissues include xylem and phloem. All parmanent tissues are meant to carry out different functions in the plant.
