The novel 'Green Days by the river' by Michael Anthony is another master piece from the writer as it goes deeply into the conflict that a boy faces when he becomes a man or when he is on the edge of becoming one.

The lead character of the novel is a boy called Shellie and when he moves to another place he meets two girls. The personalities of the two girls are different and he was in one way or other attracted towards both of them. One of the girls looks to him as extremely charming but he finds another one quite accessible and cheerful too. Besides the girls, he also faces conflicts about the responsibilities of adulthood and the novel takes slithering path to reach to its climax.

This book is the worst that I have ever read! I remember reading it at school and wondering what was the point of the book. Now five years later, I still cannot figure out what was the conflict (or the point)! Wish you luck in finding your answer!
