Abnormal loss of bony tissue resulting in fragile porous bones attributable to a lack of calcium is known as Osteoporosis. It makes our bones thin and weak. Thin and weak bones can lead us to many other disorders. With this disease bone minerals like calcium are vanished or lost, causing bones to become so weak and breakable that they could result in a fracture of wrist, hip and spine.

In any age we can take useful steps in order to stop bone loss. To make our bones as strong, fit and healthy as possible, we need about thirteen hundred mg of calcium in our daily diet every day. As a substitute of soft drinks (Non-alcoholic beverage, mostly carbonated) we must choose milk at least three 4 cups each day. Other dairy food products and green vegetables are big resources of calcium. So they must be a part of our daily diet. Get sufficient calcium and also do some exercises to help in achieving excellent bone density. If one rarely goes out in the sun, then vitamin D must also be added in diet properly. Walking and jogging always have positive and healthy effects. For females, it's very important to prevent osteoporosis.

Milk is good for children. Also eat sesame seeds and nuts, in which there
are a
lot of minerals to strengthen our bones. My doctor says that
exercise - is the best remedy. Without strenuous exercise power
will not be absorbed into the bones, and they will remain fragile.
