The problem with this question is that without knowing what country you are from, it is impossible to know what you mean by 'foreign. Since you write in English you may well mean non-American or possibly non-British, but it would be better to clarify this. In the meantime if you put 'top 10 phyisicists' in a search engine you will find several international lists.
