Well , the moon have 1/6 of the gravity we have on earth , on earth the gravity is that of 9.8m/s2 even though in scince we calculate it as 10 (10 meters per second squared or 10 meters per second per second) therefore on the moon the gravity is 1/6 of 10m/s2 , the moon have less garvity on earth, that is why our weight( which is measured as gravity x mass, 10x your mass) is less on the moon because there is less pull of gravity.
