I live in south Louisiana and my husband grows Aloe Vera plants. All he does is water them daily and fertilize with either Miracle Grow or 888. Those plants grow like grass here ;-)
If you pot them up and go to a local nursery they make buy them from you to sell or you could advertise and sell them yourself. They reproduce really fast so you should not have a problem getting more plants.
