In my opinion and that is what it is
a lady or man scientist or any profession should conduct herself /himself in a professional manner dressing in modest fashion.
For women nothing too tight, nothing too revealing, no plunging neck lines.. No short skirts.. She should conduct herself in a sensible manner
For men they should dress in casual business attire
they are not there to go slummin
and they should not look like they are going to the skate park either.
