What Do People Use Rivers For?

We use rivers for a lot of things all over the world but the main uses of rivers are for water. What they also use rivers for is for power stations where they use the water to generate power. We also pollute rivers by depositing waste into them. Rivers are used to move around as you can use it as a way of transport; boats. We use it for food as well as we get fish from rivers. People in poor countries use rivers to wash their clothing.

To irrigate the land,to move cargo , to fish for food ,  to travel, to was clothes.

We use them to deposit waste, fish, water crops, drink, we can also use them as a Boudry between places.

To wash , to drink , to cook  . practically to survive .

Transport- to move people or goods to other river towns

We use rivers for oxygen because water feeds trees and trees feed us oxygen so we can live

Hydroelectric power which is a new form of electricity and is a lot more economical than burning fossil fuels which pollutes the atmosphere and the ozone layer
