There are a lot of problems which are there in business communication. The major problem is created because of the diversity of employees. If in an organization there are a number of employees which belong to different cultures then business communication becomes difficult. Secondly, if a problem comes in the transmission of the message during the complete communication cycle then the effectiveness of the message is reduced. Moreover, a business communication message needs to be more organized and formalized and if a small problem comes then huge issues are created.
