What Are The Two Main Division Of Science And Its Branches?

For me and according to what I've studied in the past, the two main divisions of Science are natural and applied that are subdivided into social sciences in one hand, and another is liberal arts that provide many tools and frameworks used within the natural sciences. The main branches however of the natural sciences are chemistry, astronomy, biology, Earth Science and Physics along with the cross disciplines such as astrophysics, physical chemistry, and biophysics that are likewise represented by biochemistry, geochemistry and astrological chemistry. With the applied Science, there are math, statistics, economics and humanities. There are still lots but I can't elaborate all the other sub branches but I assure that those are the main ones. According to my professor, the two divisions of science are the natural science and physical science. Natural sciences deal with the study of life like biology and other branches of it like botany and zoology. On the other hand, Physical Sciences study matter in a molecular level, unlike the natural sciences which focuses on cells and other small units of lifeforms.
