Umm, Depends, what type of cloud?
Black cloud - with low temperature - heavy snow
Grey Cloud - with low temperature - light snow
Black cloud - average/ hot temperature - thunder and lightening storm
Grey cloud - average - rain
grey / black cloud - average / cold - hail stones / sleet
