Communication is the process by which message can be conveyed through different modes. When the message is conveyed in the form of written document then it is known as written communication. The other type of communication is the oral communication and it involves speaking. There are various ways of written communication like email, handwritten, typed-document etc. Written communication can be saved as a proof of message while the oral communication does not have any proof of message delivery. In the case of the formal written communication proper skills and techniques are being used for enhancing the effectiveness of the message.
