In long term pollution can kill us and our earth... Well be eating cockroaches and will be living in our own waste products. They shouldn't say it kills our planet it kills the people we all know and love. The earth is merely a big floating rock.
I think pullution will make all of our plants die and our ozone layer will disappear and every living person will be burnt by the sun's harmful rays.
