Rhyl is a seaside town in Wales. It is located on the Irish Sea. The administrative county in Wales to which the town of Rhyl belongs is the county of Denbighshire. The traditional county, to which Rhyl belongs, however, is the county of Flintshire in North Wales. It is located at the mount of the River Clwyd. A large number of people migrated to Rhyl, an elegant resort dating back to the times of the Victorian rule in Great Britain, from English cities such as Manchester and Liverpool after the Second World War.
