  • Some advice
This appears to be a question from academia. If you want to be able to properly answer a question from your area of study then the Internet isn't going to be able to provide you with all the answers. Whilst you will of course find out some information about Filipino Scientists who have contributed to Chemistry, how do you know that the information being provided to you on the Internet is completely relevant, and to the right level of detail? You don't. This is where the problems occur. You will start answering questions and you will have no idea whether your answer is quality or not.

  • What to do
There is only one thing you can do when you are looking for information to answer a question that has come from academia - and that's look at your textbooks. Your textbooks provide you with all the answers as they contain only the information that is needed for your studies. The textbooks do not stray, and you can be sure that everything you read can be incorporated into your studies. With the Internet, that is not the case. The information is not tailored to your course and it is not tailored for academia - it is instead provided to give people simple answers and a general overview.

Don't be afraid of your teachers, either. Your teachers are employed to ensure that you receive a really high quality education. This obviously won't happen if you don't understand how to answer the questions. This means that your teacher will always be there to help when you don't know how to answer a question and you really don't know what to do. Go to your teacher when you need advice.
